Bottom Nine Course

The Bottom Nine Course

An ideal alternative for those whose time is limited or are new to the game.

It also avoids the steeper inclines of the upper part of the golf course (holes 3 to 12).

The round begins as normal at the 1st hole before playing an additional hole, The Old 2nd,
which is located above the 1st green.
Play continues at the Old Edinburgh Road (2nd) hole which is played as the 3rd hole.
Head to the 13th tee (The Dyke) which is played as the 4th hole of the Bottom Nine, then:

  • the 14th hole is played as hole 5

  • the 15th is played as the 6th

  • the 16th becomes the 7th

  • the 17th is the 8th hole

  • finally, the 18th is played as the closing 9th hole.
